Mission et responsabilités
La personne retenue pour ce poste aura pour mission de :

Fournir un leadership stratégique : Conduire une organisation agile axée sur le patient, en alignant les opérations avec les exigences régionales et les normes globales de Roche.

Responsabilités clés
En tant que Chapter Lead, les responsabilités incluront :

Opérations financières : Assurer l’intégrité des états financiers, la mise en place de systèmes robustes de contrôle et de conformité, et optimiser les fonctions fiscales et d’audit.

Gouvernance financière : Maintenir des normes éthiques élevées, fournit des insights commerciaux critiques et analyse les défis pour orienter les priorités stratégiques.

Responsabilités de conformité : Assurer que toutes les activités respectent les normes internes et législatives.

Gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement : Superviser l’efficacité de la gestion des produits et des stocks en conformité avec les normes de qualité de Roche.

Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit posséder :

Une expérience significative en leadership financier (5+ ans), de préférence dans des environnements B2B.

Un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance, commerce ou domaine connexe. Un MBA ou des qualifications avancées (e.g., CA/CPA) seraient un atout.

Une compréhension approfondie des systèmes de santé et des tendances sectorielles, avec une capacité avérée à établir des partenariats durables.

Des compétences de communication efficaces et une capacité à gérer des relations avec divers intervenants externes.
