Objectif du Poste
En tant qu’Ocean Fulfilment Manager, le candidat retenu sera responsable de l’exécution opérationnelle des services maritimes programmés entre la Caraïbe et l’Amérique Latine Pacifique vers l’Europe. Ce rôle essentiel visera à garantir la fiabilité du réseau, l’efficacité des coûts et l’excellence du service.
Tâches Principales
- Livraison Client et Exécution des Horaires :
*Assurer la réalisation de la promesse de service tout en maintenant une approche centrée sur le client*. Il est crucial de gérer toutes les contingences de service pour minimiser leur impact sur les clients.
<li><b>Gestion de la Capacité et des Flux :</b>
*Diriger la planification des navires et la coordination régionale pour atteindre un rendement optimal du réseau*. Cela implique aussi de superviser le flux de cargaisons et d’équipements à travers les ports.

<li><b>Leadership en Coûts et Optimisation du Réseau :</b>
*Planifier et exécuter les appels portuaires tout en garantissant la qualité et le coût le plus bas*. La collaboration avec le Centre d'exécution mondial (GEC) est essentielle pour surveiller la consommation de combustibles.

<li><b>Gestion des Équipes et Leadership :</b>
*Encadrer et développer une équipe régionale chargée de gérer les activités de satisfaction des clients maritimes*. Ceci inclut le coaching et la gestion de la performance.

<li><b>Disciplines de Processus et Amélioration Continue :</b>
*Garantir le respect des normes opérationnelles mondiales de Maersk et identifier des initiatives d'amélioration*. Le candidat devra contribuer activement à la conception et à l'expérimentation de nouveaux outils et processus.

Les candidats doivent posséder une expérience avérée dans les opérations maritimes, l’exécution des réseaux ou la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Des compétences en leadership et en développement d’équipe sont essentielles, tout comme la capacité à équilibrer l’expérience client, les coûts et les priorités opérationnelles. Des compétences de communication, de gestion des parties prenantes et de prise de décision sont également requises.

Your goal is to consistently achieve high levels of schedule reliability while optimizing vessel utilization and supporting strategic network initiatives.In this role, you will:1. Customer Delivery & Schedule ExecutionOwn and ensure delivery of the service promise sold to customers, maintaining a customer-centric approach in all decisions.Manage and communicate all service contingencies, prioritizing minimal impact to customers.Monitor service performance and take timely corrective action to protect delivery commitments.2. Capacity & Flow ManagementLead vessel scheduling and regional coordination to achieve optimal network performance.Oversee cargo and equipment flow across ports in the Caribbean and Pacific LATAM, collaborating closely with equipment and flow teams.Ensure high utilization and monitor volume developments, including managing SOC (Shipper-Owned Container) thresholds at key ports.Monitor port and inland connectivity to ensure consistent and efficient cargo movement.3. Cost Leadership & Network OptimizationPlan and execute port calls and vessel connections at the highest quality and lowest cost.Manage cargo planning and allocation adjustments in coordination with commercial and market teams, including rolling and re-routing.Work closely with the Global Execution Center (GEC) to monitor bunker consumption and drive fuel efficiency initiatives.4. People Management & LeadershipLead and develop a regional team responsible for managing ocean fulfilment activities from the Caribbean and Pacific Latin America to Europe.Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure optimal vessel schedules, effective flow management, and strong contingency planning.Promote a culture of high accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and wider network.5.
