- Manage Hong Kong office administration and facilities including office supplies procurement, office maintenance & cleaning, access cards arrangements etc.
- Coordinate with regional offices on office supplies procurement, facilities management, office maintenance/ checks/ repair
- Manage renovation and relocation projects from start to end proactively, maintain close communication with regional teams, external vendors and other related parties
- Liaise with vendors on service provided, contract renewals, new vendor quotation and selection
- Prepare periodic reports, invoices and project plans
- Other ad-hoc projects or assignments as required
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of related office and facilities management experience
- Hands-on renovation experience and regional exposure highly preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive, detail-minded, helpful character
