La Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 a été instituée pour organiser les Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d’Hiver de 2026, un événement sportif d’envergure mondiale. Travailler au sein de cette organisation offre l’opportunité unique de contribuer à un projet symbolique, marqué par des valeurs de respect, de durabilité et d’engagement. Les Jeux de 2026 se dérouleront sur un vaste territoire, englobant 13 sites olympiques, 21 capitales provinciales et impliquant directement plus de 2 300 municipalités dans une superficie de 22 000 km².
Responsabilités Clés
Le Spécialiste de l’énergie aura un rôle central dans la gestion des projets d’héritage et des infrastructures énergétiques des villages. Voici un aperçu des responsabilités associées :
- Supervision des projets d’héritage : Monitore l’implémentation et aide à la définition de projets exécutifs liés à l’énergie.
- Coordination : Agit comme point de contact principal pour les activités énergétiques avec le gestionnaire de site (EVM) et les chefs de cluster (NRG).
- Gestion des systèmes énergétiques : S’assure du bon fonctionnement des réseaux électriques durant les Jeux, et supervise les opérations de démontage après l’événement.
- Planification et rapports : Participe à toutes les réunions pertinentes, et veille à la conformité avec le calendrier global des projets.
- Contrôle des coûts : Surveille les écarts de coûts par rapport au budget initial.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent répondre à plusieurs critères pour garantir leur adéquation avec le rôle :
- Formation : Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico ou équivalent, avec une expérience dans la gestion d’équipes dans le secteur des systèmes d’alimentation.
- Expérience : Antécédents significatifs en gestion de projets, particulièrement dans des événements sportifs ou d’autres contextes nécessitant des installations temporaires.
- Compétences Techniques : Expertise dans la conception et l’exploitation de systèmes d’alimentation et de distribution.
- Langues : Capacité à comprendre l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et maîtrise de la suite Office et logiciels de construction.

- Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico. Experience in management of people working on shifts on Power Systems sector and in the Project Management (preferably sports events or similar events requiring overlay set-ups) from the design phase to the on-site operation phase of the systems
- Experience in Management of suppliers/contractors and related contracts.
- Experience in design, construction and operation of overlay power supply and distribution systems, both new and integrated into existing power systems.
- Able to understand written and spoken english . Proficient user of Office Suite and related construction software, Planning and Project
