- Be the friendly voice and helpful hand responding to customers, sellers, and creators.
- Solve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalate cases where needed.
- Identify patterns and propose improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with sellers on the platform.
- Support compliance and participate in special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer support experience (bonus points for e-commerce or digital platforms!).
- A strong problem-solver with keen analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- A true team player-collaborative, communicative, and driven to help.
- Detail-oriented and proactive about improving processes.
- Confident and flexible in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
