Vos Missions en Tant qu’Operations Buyer
En tant qu’Operations Buyer, vous aurez un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe des Services d’Achat d’IBM. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Expertise en Achats : Vous agirez en tant qu’expert dans le processus d’achat, avec la responsabilité principale d’assurer la réussite des projets qui vous seront confiés.
- Sourcing Continu : Vous assisterez dans les activités de sourcing, telles que la gestion des demandes et l’augmentation de la conformité.
- Développement de Compétences : Vous aurez l’occasion de développer une expertise approfondie dans le sourcing tout en élargissant vos compétences en gestion de catégories.
- Réseautage : Vous collaborerez avec des professionnels renommés du sourcing pour soutenir votre rôle et votre évolution de carrière.
Critères de Sélection
Éducation requise : Diplôme de niveau secondaire / GED
Compétences techniques et professionnelles requises :
- Compréhension des opérations d’achat : Capacité à traduire les exigences commerciales en processus d’achat efficaces.
- Gestion des relations fournisseurs : Compétences avérées dans le travail avec les clients.
- Proactivité et esprit d’équipe : Attitude orientée vers les résultats et collaboration.
- Dynamisme personnel : Forte motivation et engagement envers les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du allemand, roumain ou polonais.
- Compétences en communication : Excellentes aptitudes pour dialoguer avec différents interlocuteurs.
Expérience professionnelle préférée :
- Gestion des installations : Expérience dans la catégorie de gestion des installations souhaitée, mais non indispensable.
- Expérience en tant qu’apprenti acheteur : Idéalement 1 à 3 ans, mais pas obligatoire.
- Outils de reporting : Familiarité avec les tableaux de bord et outils d’e-sourcing.

📝 Description du poste : IntroductionIBM is seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Operations Buyer with proven experience to join our IBM Procurement Services team, supporting key client initiatives.As a Operations Buyer, you will take ownership of and execute projects.Along with Strategic Sourcing Professionals and Tactical Buyers, you will also be providing category insights to assist strategy development.Your role and responsibilities
- You will act as subject matter expert in end to end purchasing processes and own primary responsibility to achieve client success for the projects/ tasks assigned.
- You will support on-going sourcing activities including PR2PO, requesting proposals, demand management savings, and increasing compliance.
- You will have the opportunity to advance your career by gaining deeper expertise in sourcing, while also expanding your skills in broader category management.
- You will network with leading class sourcing professionals to support your role and career path.
Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDRequired technical and professional expertise
- Demonstrated understanding of how to translate business requirements into Procurement operations or specifications with best value and customer service in mind
- Supplier relationship management expertise and client facing skills
- Proactive character and team player attitude
- High levels of personal drive, initiative, and commitment to business goals
- Fluent in German, or Romanian, or Polish.
- Strong communication skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience in the Facility Management category is preferred but not limited to it.
- Ideally 1-3 years of Operations Buyer experience but not mandatory
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools in general
- Experience with e-sourcing tools
