- Grade 12
- Industrial Engineering or similar qualification
- Work experience: minimum 10 years of working experience on quality management/project management/operation management in automotive industry
- Proven previous employment in the Manufacturing and Automotive (OEM) experience
- Commercial awareness with effective negotiation skills
- Technical aptitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in quality and project management/operation management
- Master in typical quality methods and tools (FMEA, PPAP/VDA, 8D, 5S)
- Familiar with ISO TS16949 flexible application of automobile tools
- Driving License and own transport
