Description du poste : >We are partnering with a global market leader in the technology sector to hire an experienced Operations Program Manager. This role sits within the Business Support Engineering function, supporting enterprise-level products in a dynamic, data-driven environment.The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, lead monthly business reviews, manage SLAs, and optimize vendor operations. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight skills.Key Responsibilities
– Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in operational processes, focusing on optimization and scalability.
– Serve as the main point of contact for outsourced vendor operations, managing performance against established SLAs and KPIs.
– Own the coordination and delivery of Monthly Business Reviews from an operations standpoint.
– Identify root causes of operational issues and propose corrective actions, whether process-based or technical.
– Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for internal product and support teams.
– Ensure readiness for product onboarding by managing operational checklists and documentation.
– Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making across the team.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile
– Previous experience in Operations Program Management within a tech-driven or enterprise support environment.
– Strong background in vendor management, support operations, and business review processes.
– Ability to manage and improve team performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, CSAT).
– Hands-on experience with data analysis tools including advanced SQL (required), Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
– Experience coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams and managing external support vendors.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
