Mission du poste
Le rôle d’**Operations Specialist** au sein de Wolt est crucial. Il exige une personne capable de faire fonctionner les opérations de manière fluide tout en soutenant à la fois les partenaires de livraison et les utilisateurs. Ce poste est classé sous l’équipe des opérations, responsable du recrutement, de la formation et du soutien des partenaires de livraison, tout en améliorant continuellement le processus de livraison.
Responsabilités clés
1. Recrutement et onboarding des partenaires de livraison :
L’objectif principal est de concevoir et d’optimiser des stratégies d’acquisition de partenaires de livraison en utilisant des canaux variés tels que les médias sociaux et le marketing de terrain.
2. Suivi et gestion des performances :
Établir des objectifs annuels et mensuels pour évaluer l’efficacité des stratégies mises en œuvre. Cela inclut l’analyse des performances des canaux d’acquisition et des ajustements basés sur les feedbacks du marché.
3. Amélioration continue du processus :
En intégrant des données comportementales des utilisateurs qui permettent d’affiner et de simplifier le parcours d’onboarding des nouveaux partenaires.
4. Collaboration avec les équipes globales :
Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques à l’échelle internationale tout en les adaptant aux spécificités du marché japonais, assurant ainsi la conformité aux normes de qualité et de service.
Profil recherché
Compétences et expériences requises :
Diplôme : Un baccalauréat d’une université reconnue est exigé.
Langues : Maîtrise native du japonais; des compétences en anglais représentent un atout.
Expérience : Trois ans d’expérience en vente BtoB ou en gestion de comptes sont souhaités, avec une approche basée sur l’analyse des données pour optimiser les résultats.
Compétences appréciées :
- Outils analytiques tels que SQL ou Google Apps Script pour optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Une mentalité “startup”, ouverte à l’expérimentation et à la prise d’initiatives.

- 新規法人パートナーの開拓（リストアップ～クロージング）および契約後のアカウントマネジメント
- 配達パートナーの獲得・稼働促進に向けた施策の企画・実行（KPI分析・課題抽出含む）
- 既存パートナーとの関係構築・定期的なフォローアップを通じたパフォーマンス最大化
- グローバルチームと連携し、他国のベストプラクティスを日本市場向けにローカライズ
- ガイドラインの見直し・改善によるコンプライアンス遵守とサービス品質の向上
👥求める人材必須スキル・経験
- 学士号（四年制大学卒）
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 新規や既存への法人営業（インバウンド/アウトバウンド）、アカウントマネジメントなどのご経験（3年以上が望ましい）
- データを活用したPDCA改善経験（施策の仮説立て→実行→改善まで一貫して行ったことがある方）
- 中長期の視点で改善施策を企画しつつ、短期のオペレーションにも対応できる方
