Wolt recherche un *Operations Specialist* pour rejoindre son équipe *Platform Efficiency*. Ce rôle est essentiel pour optimiser les opérations de livraison, en garantissant la motivation et l’efficacité de ses partenaires coursiers.

Responsabilités Principales

Dans ce poste, vous serez impliqué dans les actions suivantes :

• Gestion du modèle de paiement dans différentes villes.
• Maintenance des niveaux de revenus des coursiers pour assurer leur satisfaction.
• Augmentation de l’efficacité des coursiers par l’optimisation des paramètres de livraison.
• Amélioration du taux d’acceptation des tâches au niveau local et national.
• Analyse des données de performance des véhicules pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
• Élaboration de règles de paiement.
• Gestion et amélioration des configurations de livraison en ville, y compris l’expansion des zones de service.
• Collaboration avec d’autres départements et gestion de projets spéciaux.
• Résolution des questions émanant d’autres équipes.
• Assistance dans les tâches quotidiennes et ad hoc.

Today, we operate in 30+ countries!As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Platform Efficiency team. This team plays a key role in optimizing our delivery operations – ensuring that our courier partners are motivated, efficient, and set up for success. If you’re analytical, hands-on, and excited to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you.What you’ll be doingAs an Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of making sure our courier operations run smoothly and efficiently across our cities. You’ll work closely with data, tools, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve courier experience and operational performance.Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Owning our payment model in each of our cities
• Managing Courier earning levels and making sure we are being market competitive and keeping our Courier partners happy
• Driving up the efficiency of our Courier partners by optimizing delivery settings
• Improving task acceptance rate on city and country level
• Analyzing data on vehicle level and suggesting the optimal mix for each city
• Creating payment rules
• Managing and optimizing city delivery configurations, including the expansion of current delivery areas
• Supporting and communicating with other functions
• Creating and leading special projects
• Solving inbound inquiries from other teams
• Assisting in everyday and ad-hoc tasks
