As we expand, we’re looking for an Operations & Supply Coordinator to help streamline our supply chain, manage key relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations-managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supporting business processes to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with suppliers, retail partners, and internal teams, making sure our products reach customers efficiently and that our supply chain remains strong.If you’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!Primary DutiesKey ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Order Management

• Process and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to coordinate shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and flag restocking needs.
• Assist in forecasting stock demand based on sales trends and upcoming launches.

Retail & Partner Relationships

• Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners, handling orders, queries, and product updates.
• Manage documentation for new product listings, pricing updates, and compliance.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Brow Aid and our distributors.

Logistics & Operations Support

• Oversee shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and proactively resolving delays.
• Handle customs paperwork, product registrations, and compliance requirements.
• Support e-commerce fulfillment operations and troubleshoot order-related issues.
• Help refine operational processes to improve efficiency.

General Business Support

• Assist in compiling reports, data entry, and tracking key operational metrics.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams (marketing, sales, finance) to support company growth.
• Manage ad-hoc operational tasks and provide executive support to the founder.

Requirements3 Years minimum experience.What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or administration (preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you thrive on structure and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and business management tools (e.g., Shopify, inventory management software).
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
