L’entreprise OQ recherche un Technicien Mécanique Senior pour intégrer son équipe à Muscat. Ce poste, classé niveau 8, est orienté vers les opérations et la maintenance au sein de l’unité OQ Gas Networks. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans la réalisation des activités de maintenance mécanique sous la supervision du Responsable Mécanique.

Objectifs et Missions

Le Technicien Mécanique Senior est chargé des responsabilités suivantes :

• Exécution des Activités de Maintenance: Assurer l’intégrité des installations par l’exécution des opérations de maintenance mécanique. Cela inclut la supervision des dépenses opérationnelles pour maximiser l’efficacité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des opérations.

• Compliance QHSSE: Garantir la conformité au système de gestion de la santé, de la sécurité et de l’environnement (HSE), tout en promouvant des pratiques de travail sûres.

• Culture d’Entreprise: Contribuer à la culture organisationnelle d’OQ en favorisant le développement et l’engagement au sein de l’équipe.

Tâches Principales

Le candidat devra notamment :

• Gérer la distribution des tâches pour les arrêts planifiés et non planifiés des équipements statiques, comme réservoirs et vannes.
• Fournir un support à la mise en service pour les projets majeurs et rédiger des procédures de réparation conformes aux normes techniques.
• Maintenir et ajuster la documentation technique, incluant les schémas mécaniques actualisés.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et de maintenance pour résoudre les problèmes et assurer l’exécution des plans de maintenance.
• Réaliser des analyses de causes profondes (Root Cause Analysis) pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes récurrents.

Conditions de Travail

Le poste implique des opérations sur le terrain ainsi qu’un environnement de bureau, avec une utilisation modérée à intensive d’écrans d’ordinateur.

Qualifications Requises

• Formation: Diplôme technique ou équivalent.
• Expérience: 3 à 5 ans dans les opérations et la maintenance, de préférence dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier.
• Langues: La maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’arabe est souhaitée.

Compétences et Aptitudes

Compétences Techniques:

• Expert en systèmes de gestion de maintenance informatisée (CMMS).
• Connaissance des stratégies de maintenance et des procédures de sécurité des processus.
• Capacité à interpréter des schémas techniques (P&ID, PFD, SOP).

• Observation aiguë, résolution de problèmes et communication efficace.
• Capacité à favoriser l’inclusion et la diversité au sein de l’équipe.

• Manage task distribution within the team for planned, and unplanned, shutdowns, and turnarounds involving pipeline and static equipment, including tanks, vessels, and valves, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Provide commissioning support for major and minor projects and develop and review repair procedures and checklists for static equipment according to technical standards.
• Maintain and update all mechanical drawings to reflect modifications, ensure safety-critical elements are reported as per standards, and oversee mechanical equipment maintenance, including control valves and pumps.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and central maintenance teams for routine and troubleshooting tasks and lead the team in executing refinery maintenance plans for static equipment.
• Attend internal meetings to resolve issues related to static maintenance, conduct engineering studies for troubleshooting, and provide input for maintenance contracts and administration.
• Implement and execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan, participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and Design Reviews, and manage material and spare part withdrawals in SAP.
• Oversee the execution of planned maintenance activities, coordinate master data and maintenance plans in SAP, and conduct toolbox meetings and risk assessments to establish work scope and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the reliability team and manage the maintenance and upkeep of all rotary equipment in the assigned area to ensure maximum reliability and availability.
• Attend internal meetings with Operations, TSD, Planning, and other departments to discuss, resolve issues, prioritize work, and provide input for maintenance contracts, technical evaluations, and procurement plans.
• Oversee the execution of planned maintenance activities, ensure that maintenance history and reports are updated in SAP, and ensure that all activities are completed according to best practices and schedules.
• Identify critical issues and repetitive failures, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement recommendations, and manage work backlogs.
• Attend daily meetings and coordinate with Operations, TSD, Planning, HSE, and other departments to ensure effective maintenance and continuous improvement, including analyzing reliability reports and recommending changes to site-wide strategies.
• Implement and approve maintenance processes, ensuring the detection and mitigation of risks, and support the maintenance team in managing critical issues, bad actors, and work backlogs.
• Review and approve maintenance procedures, support maintenance contracts and shutdowns, and lead the implementation of advanced machinery learning techniques to predict equipment performance and enhance reliability.
