Responsabilités Clés

Les responsabilités de l’analyste comprennent :

• Collaboration avec les Équipes Finance et Comptabilité : Fournir des solutions adaptées aux besoins des équipes.
• Maintenance des Modules Oracle EBS : Assurer l’efficacité et la santé des modules EBS ainsi que leurs intégrations.
• Formation des Utilisateurs : Former les utilisateurs finaux sur les fonctionnalités actuelles et évolutives d’Oracle EBS.
• Gestion des Problèmes : Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes en coopération avec les utilisateurs.
• Support Fonctionnel et Dépannage Quotidien : Effectuer des recherches SQL au niveau des tables.
• Anticipation des Besoins : Comprendre et anticiper les besoins métier et les exigences de reporting.
• Documentation : Créer et maintenir la documentation des applications et des processus.

Qualifications Requises

Compétences :
Les candidats doivent posséder :

• Une expérience d’au moins 5 à 7 ans dans un environnement mondial complexe utilisant Oracle EBS.
• Connaissance des modules Oracle EBS, notamment GL, AP, CE, PO, iProcurement et OM.
• Expérience pratique avec au moins cinq applications d’Oracle EBS, y compris AGIS et Workflow.

Atouts Supplémentaires :

• Compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
• Expérience dans plusieurs déploiements d’Oracle.

The ideal candidate will readily identify opportunities to streamline business processes and introduce, implement enhancements, and automate solutions to our global business users.Required Language(s):English100% Remote Position & Candidate must be located in the Republic of PanamaResponsibilities:What You’ll Do:-Work closely with Finance and Accounting team members and leaders. Delight them with your ability to provide solutions to their needs
-Maintain the effectiveness and health of Oracle EBS modules and various integrations with Oracle EBS
-Ensure that global end-users of Oracle EBS are effectively trained in existing and evolving functionality
-Take ownership of issues and work with business users to find resolutions
-Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting, including table-level SQL research queries
-Understand and anticipate business needs and reporting requirements
-Drive open and comprehensive communications with key stakeholders, managing their expectations through clear and frequent communications
-Maintain and modify the configuration, security, and access of Oracle modules
-Create and maintain application and process documentation, as well as training materials
-Guide and lead testing activities from unit testing to Production validationQualifications:Skills Needed for the role:-Experience working within a complex application global environment that includes ERP and multiple integrated systems-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with the following Oracle EBS modules, including R12.2.11 and higher
-GL (Subledger Accounting; Multi-Currency)

-CE
-PO
-iProcurement
-OMHands-on experience with at least 5 of the following apps/ tools in R12 EBS on-premise:
-AGIS
-Workflow
-Web ADI
-FSGs
-Report Manager
