Description du poste : We are looking for a knowlegable outbound supervisor to join our team at a mining company.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the distribution operations of the warehouse. Main responsibility is to ensure that all outbound shipments are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched accurately, on time and in line with the company and internal and external customers.
- To ensure that dispatching information, advice and direction is available for management and that the requirements of both Head Office and the Branched are met.
- To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer (internal/external) contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing ideal solutions for the satisfaction of the customers immediate and future needs. To always implement company standards and procedures.
- Manage escalated queries related to Dispatch Departments.
- Ensure that the security both internally and externally (as in safeguarding of confidential company information) as in content of customers relationships and components, products are maintained at the highest level daily.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of mining industries and principles
- Drivers License
- Advanced Computer skills (MS office)
