Le rôle d’Analyste Senior P2P est crucial pour garantir un traitement efficace et précis des factures. En intégrant les meilleures pratiques du système Danaher d’amélioration continue, vous contribuerez à établir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs en vous assurant que les paiements sont effectués en temps voulu.
Responsabilités Principales
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Traiter les paiements : Gérer les paiements par ACH, virements bancaires, et chèques via le système SAP, conformément aux KPI et au calendrier des paiements de Pall.
- Effectuer des clarifications : Gérer les paiements entrants et sortants et résoudre les éléments non conciliés avant la clôture mensuelle.
- Collaborer avec différents services : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements bancaire, IT et trésorerie pour résoudre les problèmes techniques ou transactionnels.
- Assurer la conformité : Garantir que les paiements respectent les contrôles et la conformité stipulés par les politiques de Danaher et de Pall, y compris la conformité SOX.
- Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration : Engager des efforts pour optimiser les processus, en utilisant les outils DBS pour améliorer la productivité et l’efficacité.
Qualifications Requises
Pour rejoindre l’équipe, vous devez posséder :
- Niveaux d’éducation :Diplôme, Bac +2, ou qualification professionnelle en comptabilité ou finance.
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le traitement des paiements et le portail bancaire à l’échelle mondiale (BOA, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, etc.).
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (particulièrement SAP) et forte aptitude en analyse et résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word.
Il serait également avantageux de disposer d’une expertise antérieure en traitement des factures et en réconciliation OneStream.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that invoices captured timely and company pays its invoices on time and maintains good relationships with vendorsThis position reports to the Pall Payment Processing Manager and is part of the Pall Global P2P team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site roleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process payments including ACH, wire transfer, checks in SAP system per KPI and Standard Pall Payment Schedule
- Perform clearing for incoming and outgoing payments against account. Also to investigate as well as resolve unreconciled items before month end closing
- Monitor payment and work cross function with Bank, IT & Treasury for any technical or transaction issues
- Ensure payment and process aligned to the control and compliance govern by Danaher and Pall policy, as well as SOX compliance
- Lead or participate in improvement initiative throughout the year, by utilizing DBS tools to streamline processes and improve productivity and efficiency
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate, Degree or Professional
Qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically in Payment processing as well as banking portal globally (etc BOA, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, BNY, BizStation, Citibank)
- Proficient in operating knowledge of ERP systems – SAP
- Proficient in payment end to end process with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Invoice Processing and 3-way matching process
- OneStream Reconciliation
