Description du poste
Les consultants Workday chez IBM jouent un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de solutions technologiques visant à répondre aux défis des entreprises. En tant qu’expert de Workday, vous serez responsable des configurations de processus métiers HCM, ainsi que de l’optimisation de l’expérience utilisateur dans chaque projet.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer, automatiser et libérer des solutions en fonction des priorités et des exigences des clients.
- Identifier et résoudre les risques, en proposant des solutions pour garantir le respect des délais et de la qualité.
- Assurer la conformité avec tous les points de contrôle d’assurance qualité dans le cadre des projets livrés.
Qualifications requises
Éducation
- Diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine pertinent.
Compétences techniques et professionnelles
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en Workday HCM.
- Gestion des configurations de processus métiers Workday, y compris la rédaction de rapports et la conception de processus.
- Expérience dans la méthodologie Agile (Scrum) est nécessaire.
- Certification Workday HCM Core requise.
Compétences préférées
- Une expérience dans d’autres modules Workday est un atout.
- Certification dans d’autres modules Workday est fortement appréciée.

A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. Candidates for this role should have proven delivery experience with Workday, including outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Build, automate and release solutions based on client’s priorities and requirements. Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions. Make sure that all solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time. Lead testing support activities to ensure defects are resolved in satisfactory SLA’s Ensure all Delivery Assurance (DA) Checkpoints are compliant and completed on time Assist with Data Conversion & Reporting activities as neededRequired educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
- At least 5 years experience in Workday HCM Core
- Manage Workday HCM business process configurations including but not limited to report writing, calculated fields, business process design.
- Build condition & validation rules, EIB loads and business process security.
- Need to have agile experience (Scrum Methodology).
- Workday HCM Core Certification is required
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience is other Workday modules is a plus
- Other Workday module certification is highly preferred.
