Tâches Principales

Préparation des Surfaces : Nettoyer, poncer et reboucher les trous et fissures avant la peinture.
Application des Revêtements : Utiliser des pinceaux, des rouleaux et des équipements de pulvérisation pour appliquer les peintures.
Mélange de Couleurs : Connaître le mélange et la correspondance des couleurs pour atteindre la finition souhaitée.
Réparation : Expérience en plâtrage et réparation de murs et plafonds en placoplâtre.
Qualité de Finition : Garantir que toutes les surfaces peintes soient lisses et exemptes de défauts.
Documentation : Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de peinture, y compris les ordres de travail et les matériaux utilisés.
Collaboration : Travailler avec d’autres départements pour coordonner les activités de peinture et minimiser les interruptions.
Conformité : Respecter les règlements de sécurité et les politiques de l’entreprise lors des travaux de peinture.

Lake-view rooms and suites, indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars, a unique floating pool, and a spa sanctuary deliver an unforgettable escape.Position Summary:The Painter is responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces within the facility. This role involves preparing surfaces, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets the company’s standards.Critical Tasks:· Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.· Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.· Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.· Experience in plastering and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings.· Ensure all painted surfaces are smooth and free of defects.· Maintain accurate records of painting activities, including work orders and materials used.· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate painting activities and minimize disruption to operations.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all painting activities.· Respond promptly to requests for touch-ups and repairs.Critical Competences:· Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.· Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.· Skill in plasterboard works.· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specifications.· Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.· Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.· Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.Preferred Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in painting preferred.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting or a similar role.· Familiarity with industry-standard painting practices and procedures.· Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.· Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
