Responsabilités du Poste
Le candidat retenu sera chargé de développer des stratégies SEO évolutives pour un large éventail de sites clients. Parmi les principales missions, on peut citer :
- Leadership dans les stratégies de SEO prêtes pour les modèles de langage (LLM), intégrant les recherches traditionnelles et génératives.
- Recherche de mots-clés et structuration sémantique, en mettant l’accent sur l’optimisation des entités.
- Audits techniques approfondis concernant la crawabilité, l’indexation, les Core Web Vitals et les données structurées.
- Gestion de l’exécution SEO local, incluant l’optimisation des fiches Google My Business et la construction de citations.
- Collaboration avec les équipes de développement, UX, contenu et analyse pour mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques SEO.
La maîtrise des outils d’analyse SEO tels que GA4, Google Search Console et SEMrush sera indispensable. De plus, une familiarité avec des outils d’automatisation et d’intelligence artificielle comme ChatGPT et BrightEdge est attendue.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en SEO dans un environnement d’agence ou de croissance rapide.
- Expertise en SEO technique, architecture de contenu et recherche locale.
- Connaissance des outils et des pratiques pour préparer les sites aux évolutions des recherches alimentées par l’IA, comme Google SGE et Bing Copilot.
- Compétences en analyse de données, avec la capacité de présenter des insights clairs et concis.

📝 Description du poste : About the RoleMod Op is looking for a Search Strategist to join our growing Search Experience Team, who is an experienced SEO professional who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and AI-powered innovation. Someone who is detailed oriented.In this role, you’ll lead scalable SEO strategies across a broad portfolio of client websites, optimizing both today’s search engines and tomorrow’s LLM-driven ecosystems.From Core Web Vitals to generative search readiness (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and beyond), you’ll own high-impact initiatives that drive visibility, performance, and long-term discoverability.
