Description du Poste
Nous recherchons un co-fondateur technique capable de faire passer le projet au niveau supérieur. Ce poste nécessite une implication directe dans le développement technique, en attendant de constituer une équipe complète. Les priorités incluent la migration d’OmniCoin vers une nouvelle blockchain et la relance de notre marketplace en application Web3.
Responsibilities Clés
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de plusieurs tâches cruciales :
- Migrer OmniCoin vers une plateforme de « smart contracts » (ex. POL, SOL, AVAX).
- Ajouter des fonctionnalités de portefeuille Web3 et de listing NFT (ERC-721 et ERC-1155).
- Implémenter la confidentialité des transactions et l’abstraction des comptes.
- Écrire des smart contracts pour remplacer les fonctionnalités actuelles de la marketplace.
- Développer un échange décentralisé (DEX) et le trading P2P en crypto.
- Mettre en place des ponts inter-chaînes, du staking et des pools de liquidités.
- Relauncher OmniBazaar ainsi qu’OmniCoin.
- Développer des applications mobiles pour Android et iOS.
- Concevoir et implanter une campagne marketing efficace pour accroître l’engagement utilisateur.
- Augmenter le nombre d’utilisateurs de 10 000 à plus d’1 000 000.
Exigences du Poste
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne motivée et autonome ayant :
- Une expérience documentée en gestion de projet, développement UI/UX et contrôle qualité.
- Des compétences requises en Solidity, blockchain, smart contracts, HardHat, NodeJS, React, et JavaScript.
- Une expérience souhaitée dans les bases de données distribuées, les protocoles de confidentialité, et la plateforme Aragon DAO.

We are building an advanced marketplace software template that will allow tens or hundreds of thousands of individuals and small businesses to open localized and specialized marketplaces around the world. With the integrated OmniCoin cryptocurrency, OmniBazaar offers secure transactions, reputation tracking, distributed escrow, and incentives for participation. Our vision is to expand access to global commerce, especially for the 1.5 billion unbanked and underbanked people worldwide. We have a working MVP, two patents, have scaled to 10,000 registered users. Development roadmap includes Web3 support, a decentralized crypto exchange (DEX), P2P crypto trading, liquidity pools, support for NFT sales, stablecoin support, and mobile applications.We are seeking a technical co-founder to move the project to the next level.OmniBazaar in 60 seconds —We have converted the company format to a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) for transparency. We already have five co-founders for CEO, Legal, Operations, Investor Relations/Sales, and Marketing with whom you will work in developing the company. You and these five co-founders will run the company.Our first priority is migrating OmniCoin to a new smart blockchain in preparation for relaunching the distributed marketplace as a web3 app.We are looking for a working co-founder who can and will roll up his or her sleeves and create the necessary code. Until we have money to hire a team for you to lead, it will be up to you to produce the technical products.IMPORTANT: We are still in « bootstrap » mode. We will need to raise investor money or become profitable before we can pay anyone a salary. It might take some time and work before we have money. For OmniBazaar to be a viable opportunity for you, you will need to be both willing and able to support yourself financially while we build the company to the point where we can get a development grant or acquire investor funding.
