En tant que conducteur chez Oda, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la représentation de l’entreprise auprès de la clientèle. Vos principales missions incluront :
- Livraison de marchandises : Transporter les courses et colis à divers clients dans la région.
- Gestion de la qualité et de l’efficacité : Charger et décharger les marchandises tout en respectant les processus et les routines établis.
- Service à la clientèle : Assurer une expérience client optimale à chaque interaction.
- Entretien du véhicule : Effectuer des tâches simples telles que le nettoyage et la vérification des niveaux de fluides.
- Formation des nouveaux conducteurs : Partager votre expérience avec les nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
- Amélioration des procédures : Participer activement à l’optimisation des routines de livraison.
Profil Recherché
Compétences et Exigences :
– Permis de conduire de classe B avec un minimum de deux années d’expérience.
– Maîtrise de l’anglais ; la connaissance du norvégien ou d’une autre langue nordique est un atout.
Aptitudes Welcome :

With our wide selection and competitive prices, we deliver to the doorsteps of thousands of Scandinavian homes every week.We are looking for drivers to work weekend shifts from Alnabru! As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you’ll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, it would be best to enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not only driving.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚Delivering food and packages to our customers.Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.Training new drivers on the road.Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.
