This is a replacement role ideal for undergraduates seeking hands-on experience in HR operations and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in a wide range of frontline recruitment activities, including CV screening, managing job postings across various job boards, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including data entry, document filing, and verifying attendance records.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student in their final or penultimate year, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated interest in people-related matters and HR functions.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Able to commit at least 2–3 full working days per week.
