Description des Missions
Le candidat sélectionné fera partie intégrante du programme HAWK et Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC). Les responsabilités incluront :
- Maintenance et Réparation : Diagnostiquer, réparer et vérifier le fonctionnement des systèmes électroniques et mécaniques des systèmes Patriot.
- Installation de Modifications : Installer des modifications de niveau troisième échelon et superviser les processus de rénovation.
- Formation : Participer au programme de formation en cours d’emploi et aider à l’application des politiques de sécurité.
Cette position exige des compétences approfondies en matière de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes techniques complexes.
Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent :
- Avoir au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans la maintenance de terrain, notamment en matière de diagnostic et réparation des systèmes Patriot.
- Être en mesure d’appliquer et d’installer des modifications approuvées sur l’équipement.
- Posséder un diplôme de niveau supérieur ou une expérience pertinente équivalente.
Une citoyenneté américaine et une autorisation de sécurité de type Secret délivrée par le gouvernement des États-Unis sont également requises.
Qualifications Appréciées
Des qualifications supplémentaires qui seraient bénéfiques incluent :
- Expérience supplémentaire de 5 ans en maintenance avancée des systèmes Patriot.

The MIR will provide in depth system knowledge and field experience related to the theory of operation and troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex Patriot missile system Major End Items (MEI) electronic and mechanical problems. Will also functionally verify that the MEIs perform to specified standards.The MIR installs authorized third echelon modifications and provides day-to-day execution and oversight of the refurbishment and modification processes as well as demonstrate the ability to perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup and repair capability for PATRIOT Weapon System MEIs. The MIR must affect all electronic repairs on location with detailed system knowledge, the ability to use all the hardware and software tools currently available to Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance. The MIR also monitors work performed by subordinates to insure it meets or exceeds established quality standards, and will utilize system diagnostics, built in test (BITE), software, and external test equipment available at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels to isolate and troubleshoot system faults. The MIR will participate in on-the-job training (OJT) programs and assists the section officer in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards. Perform other duties and activities as directed.
