Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) pour l’Australie, la Nouvelle-Zélande et le Pacifique Sud est l’entité de conseil de Visa. Elle collabore avec des clients tels que des émetteurs de cartes, des acquéreurs et des marchands sur des enjeux stratégiques allant de l’optimisation opérationnelle à l’engagement client.
Nous recherchons un Analyste en Conformité des Paiements dédié, pour une mission de 12 mois, basé à Auckland ou Wellington. Ce poste sera sous la supervision du Responsable du Plan de Conformité, visant à assurer le respect des politiques et des normes des systèmes de paiement.
Responsabilités clés
Le candidat sélectionné sera chargé de :
– **Analyser les manuels de règles applicables** à chaque schéma et secteur de l’industrie des paiements.
– **Coordonner la compilation des règles critiques** et les référencer efficacement.
– **Collaborer avec les parties prenantes** pour évaluer l’applicabilité des règles dans l’environnement actuel.
– **Évaluer les accords des commerçants et des titulaires de carte** pour garantir leur conformité.
– **Maintenir une structure cohérente des plans de conformité**.
– **Assurer une analyse minutieuse des informations d’évaluation** fournies par les parties prenantes.
Exigences du poste
Les candidats doivent démontrer les compétences suivantes :
– **Expérience dans la conformité des schémas de cartes** et obligations de l’industrie des paiements.
– **Antécédents en secteur bancaire** dans des rôles d’analyse commerciale, conformité ou risque.
– **Connaissance approfondie des processus** et politiques bancaires.
– **Compétences analytiques** solides avec une attention particulière aux détails.
– **Compétences interpersonnelles bien développées**, avec une capacité de communication efficace.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.Role SummaryAs a Payments Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role supporting the Compliance Plan Lead, in ensuring that our client is compliant with the Payment Systems policy and standards. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance plans for all card schemes and Payments Industry. The Compliance Plans will provide an ongoing mechanism to evidence compliance and risk controls.Key Responsibilities:Provide analytical support for the development of our clients Card Scheme and Payments Industry Compliance Plans:· Identify which rules manuals are in scope for each Scheme and Industry· Manage the collation of applicable must-do rules, ensuring that rules duplicated across different manuals are cross-referenced where practical· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify if rules are applicable to the current environment· Reduce compliance plan assessment effort for business stakeholders, and reviewing merchant and cardholder agreements to confirm they contain content required by the rules· Support the Senior Compliance Plan Lead to deliver the plan· Maintain consistent structure of compliance plans· Analyse obligation assessment information provided by stakeholders to ensure the full scope has been assessed.This is a hybrid position.
