Description du poste

Le rôle de Senior Associate se concentre sur le traitement précis et ponctuel de la paie et des avantages sociaux des employés, tout en garantissant le respect des régulations en vigueur. Les responsabilités principales incluent :

• Traitement mensuel de la paie pour l’ensemble des employés de EY Pakistan.
• Gestion du système de paie, assurant une mise à jour efficace des informations du personnel.
• Gestion des demandes de prêts et avances conformément aux politiques internes.
• Supervision des formalités de départ pour les employés quittant l’entreprise.
• Veille à la compliance avec les réglementations fiscales et les contributions sociales.
• Préparation et soumission des déclarations fiscales et autres déductions statutaires.
• Gestion du fonds de prévoyance, y compris l’allocation des profits aux membres.
• Facilitation des audits externes et préparation des documents nécessaires.

Compétences et qualités requises

Le candidat idéal possède des antécédents avérés en traitement de la paie et en administration de fonds de retraite. Les qualités essentielles à développer comprennent :

• Une connaissance approfondie des réglementations de compliance liées à la paie et aux avantages sociaux.
• Un diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou discipline connexe.
• Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internes et des auditeurs externes.
• Compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for all employees across EY Pakistan entities.
• Manage the payroll system, including the addition and deletion of staff, ensuring all changes are reflected accurately and timely.
• Process loan and advance requests of staff in accordance with EY policies, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Oversee the exit formalities for departing employees, including the processing of final settlements and ensuring all necessary accounting and finance documentation is completed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding income tax, SESSI, PESSI, EOBI, and professional tax.
• Prepare and submit returns for SESSI, PESSI, and EOBI, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations.
• Ensure the timely submission of tax and other statutory deductions to the government treasury
• Handling the company’s Provident Fund, including the addition, deletion, and profit allocation for members.
• Process loan applications, temporary withdrawals, and permanent withdrawal requests from Provident Fund members.
• Handling the accounting system of provident funds including annual profit distribution to the members of funds.
• Coordinating with external auditors to facilitate the external audit of the Provident Funds, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is prepared and available.
• Facilitate the preparation and review of Provident Funds tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all relevant tax documentation.

Skills and attributes for successIdeally, you’ll also have Proven experience in payroll processing and administration of retirement funds (Gratuity & Provident Fund).What we look for:

• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external auditors. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
