Responsabilités

Le nouveau entraîneur/coacher est attendu pour :

  • Gérer l’impact de la vie étudiante, y compris le stress lié aux études et aux examens sur la performance de l’équipe.
  • Proposer des formations, potentiellement en anglais, pour accueillir les étudiants internationaux.
  • Maintenir un contact régulier avec d’autres entraîneurs et les équipes de sélection.
  • Participer activement aux événements et tournois organisés par l’association et le département des sports de l’université.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualités suivantes :

  • Travail en équipe
  • Affinité avec les étudiants (sport)
  • Compétences en coaching
  • Inspiration et motivation pour les athlètes
  • Engagement envers l’amélioration continue
  • Compétences numériques (connaissance du système 360SI utilisé par DHC)

Offre et Conditions de Travail

Nous proposons :

  • Poste à temps partiel de 10 heures par semaine, avec possibilité de freelance.
  • Contrat d’une durée d’un an, débutant au 15 Août 2025.
  • Salaire conforme à l’échelle 8 de la Convention Collective pour les Universités Néerlandaises.

Student life, study pressure, exams and internships can have an impact on the performance and presence of players and team. The new trainer/coach is expected to be able to deal with this well. The board of DHC Drienerlo believes it is important that the trainers are involved in the association by maintaining regular contact with fellow hockey trainers and the selection teams. This includes showing interest on Sunday in the performance of other teams and attendance at events and tournaments organized by the association and department of sports and culture of the University of Twente.Enthusiasm, passion and ambition

As a trainer, you know how to motivate people and get the best out of themselves. As a trainer of DHC Drienerlo you will be appointed within a broad team of sports teachers/trainers and coaches across more than 30 sports. These sports teachers are enthusiastic and proactive team players who serve as an example for student athletes and student board members. You will be part of the Campus and Facility Management service department, the Sports & Culture department. The team of Sports Instructors is responsible for high-quality sports education and regularly initiates moments of further training, intervision and team building. You are part of this.Your profile

Our offer
