Dans le cadre de son développement, l’entreprise Start People recrute un opérateur de chariot élévateur pour travailler au sein d’une des plus grandes installations de production de matières premières durables en Europe. Ce poste représente une occasion unique de contribuer à des processus de fabrication respectueux de l’environnement au sein d’une équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités Principales

Le candidat retenu sera chargé de plusieurs tâches essentielles dans la dernière étape du processus de production. Les responsabilités incluent :

Collecter et déplacer des commandes : Utiliser le chariot élévateur pour rassembler les commandes.
Opérer la machine de scellement : Assurer que le produit est scellé de manière hermétique.
Dépanner des problèmes techniques mineurs : Résoudre de petits problèmes d’opération.
Préparer des grands sacs : Mettre en place les grands sacs pour l’expédition.
Configurer le transport : Préparer les marchandises pour le transport à l’aide d’un camion remorque.

Le poste nécessite de travailler selon un système de deux équipes, avec possibilité de nuits occasionnelles, et pourrait évoluer vers un système à trois équipes.

Exigences du Poste

Disponibilité pour un poste à plein temps et volonté d’un emploi permanent.
Flexibilité pour travailler selon un système à trois équipes.
Une expérience préalable en tant qu’opérateur de chariot élévateur, un certificat valide est un plus.
Connaissances antérieures en tant que (machine) opérateur dans un environnement de production.
Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
Capacité à travailler en équipe avec une attitude flexible et motivée.
