In this role, you’ll support the delivery of HR initiatives that foster a thriving, inclusive workplace. You’ll be the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communication—making a real difference in the daily experience of our people.What You’ll Do– Support employee onboarding and offboarding in line with global processes –
– Handle local benefits, data management, payroll preparations
– Advise managers and employees on HR policies, tools, and services
– Drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion
– Support local and global HR projects
– Coordinate internal HR communications and help shape a strong employer brand
– Support annual people processes (e.g., performance reviews, engagement -surveys)
– Promote effective use of tools like Workday and support reporting needsWhat We’re Looking For
– 2–5 years of experience in HR, internal communications, or related fields
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related area
– Strong organizational and project management skills
– Fluent in Slovak & English
– Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
