Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.Succession planning: partner with the business to identify and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical rolesDriving and leading departmental change management (IE: reorgs within our populations etc) and support to other HR projects.Coaching population:Conduct regular meetings with business leaders: Heads of function and Directors.Work in partnership across PEX on building line manager capability by understanding stakeholder accountabilities and barriers and identifying creative tools and mechanisms to support the development of a high performing culture.Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Escalates cases as needed to more senior level PBPs; partners with the Employee Experience department as needed/required. Help leaders ensure complianceProvide support to Generalists and People Operations Specialists on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.Performance Management:Advising Heads of and Directors on day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)Helping Heads of and Directors deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.Lead 360 reviews with leaders in relevant departments.Lead calibrations for relevant departments.Conduct talent reviews with leadership teams across the department.Work with leaders to identify current and future talent needsPartner with Directors/ L&D/Recruitment to address skill gapsEmployee Engagement:Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation and employee engagement.Work with leaders to drive action plans from employee engagement surveys reducing attrition and increasing engagement.Provide effective internal and external customer service with a focus on strong communication and business acumen.People metrics / data literacy:Use data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs and develop action plans.Promote the adoption of technology, self-service, and continuous improvement to support an insight focused approach.Employee Relations escalations:Partners with Generalists in supporting the effective resolution of complex employee relations cases.Apply nowPlease click the ‘apply’ button on this page and submit your application in English.Please inform us if you require any special accommodations to participate fully in our recruitment experience.
