Le rôle de People Partner chez Terma implique une contribution significative à l’intersection des ressources humaines et de la production. En tant qu’expert en People Business, vous apporterez des conseils stratégiques tout en participant activement à la mise en œuvre et au soutien opérationnel au sein de l’Aerostructures Manufacturing (AMF).
Responsabilités Clés
Vos responsabilités incluront, sans s’y limiter :
- Leadership et Conseil : Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour le Senior Vice President d’AMF et autres dirigeants dans la prise de décisions stratégiques liées aux ressources humaines.
- Soutien Opérationnel : Accompagnement des dirigeants sur les questions de personnel et gestion des accords collectifs.
- Activités Cycles Annuels : Pilotage des initiatives de performance, de développement et de bien-être des employés.
- Coaching et Guidance : Conseiller les leaders sur les questions humaines, depuis le recrutement jusqu’à la sortie des employés.
- Implémentation Stratégique : Conduire des projets de développement des talents et d’initiatives culturelles.
- Optimisation Organisationnelle : Identifier les défis organisationnels et faciliter les changements nécessaires.
- Promotion de la Diversité : Défendre les valeurs de diversité, d’inclusion et de sécurité psychologique au sein de l’organisation.
Qualifications Requises
Nous recherchons un candidat qui :
- Possède un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que People Business Partner ou dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans une entreprise de taille intermédiaire à grande.
- Excelle dans la gestion des parties prenantes et établit des relations constructives avec les leaders d’entreprise et les représentants syndicaux.
- Montre une capacité à travailler à la fois sur des priorités stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced People Business Partner to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our TeamAs a People Business Partner (HRBP) to our Aerostructures Manufacturing (AMF), you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success. With a holistic and broad “one-Terma” business view, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create a thriving and developing organization. AMF is a production unit consisting of ~480 people from shop floor unskilled workers to high end engineers, designing and manufacturing high-performance composite and metal aerostructures for commercial and military aircraft.You will be part of a dedicated People Business Partner team of five, committed to continuously enhancing the value we bring to the business. Your role will involve close collaboration with colleagues across People Operations, People Development, and other Terma Group Functions. Collaboration and alignment with your business partner colleague and leadership in Electronics Manufacturing (EMF), our other manufacturing unit, is an important part of the role.You will report directly to our Head of People Business Partnering, but your primary stakeholder will be our Senior Vice President, AMF and his leadership team, aligning your daily responsibilities with the strategic direction in AMF. Your main base of operations will be in Grenaa, though you should anticipate regular presence at our office in Lystrup.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:
- Leadership Team Member: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President, AMF and other senior leaders to supporting operational, tactical and strategic decision-making in the people area
- Operational People Support: Support to business leaders in personnel related matters and guiding the organization within existing collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). You will further participate in negotiating the local shop agreements for AMF
- Annual Cycle Activities: Drive employee performance, development, and wellbeing activities towards leaders in the business
- Guidance and Coaching: Provide advice to leaders on people-related matters from attraction to exit in line with our policies and procedures and relevant legal frameworks. Coach and develop leaders, promoting Terma’s overall leadership approach
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the implementation of talent development, career path mapping and cultural initiatives aligned with Terma’s business goals and our People strategy
- Organizational Optimization: Identify and address organizational challenges, facilitating effective change with the appropriate stakeholder and change management
- Champion Diversity: Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety within the organization
Bring your world class expertise into playWe are looking for a colleague who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar role, hereof a minimum of 3 years from a mid- to large-sized company with production facilities regulated by one or more bargaining agreements (experience with CO-industry’s CBA is an advantage)
- Has excellent stakeholder management skills and knows how to build strong relations with both business leaders and union representatives
- Are able to work hands-on with the implementation of strategic priorities and as a tactical and strategic sparring partner to the leadership team
