Vos Responsabilités Principales
En tant que People & Culture Generalist, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Exécuter des tâches opérationnelles liées aux ressources humaines, comme les processus d’onboarding et d’offboarding.
- Contribuer à l’établissement des objectifs liés aux personnes pour renforcer la performance locale.
- Soutenir le recrutement et l’intégration de nouveaux talents en collaboration avec les équipes de recrutement centralisées.
- Former les coéquipiers et les managers sur diverses thématiques relatives aux ressources humaines.
- Accompagner les managers sur les questions concernant les règles, la santé, le bien-être et le développement des coéquipiers.

Conditions d’Emploi
Ce poste est un **contrat à durée déterminée** jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026. Les heures de travail seront majoritairement planifiées durant la journée, en semaine. La répartition initiale sera de 50 % au MCDC Lommila et 50 % au Service Office.

In the role as People & Culture Generalist, you are responsible for efficient, effective, and consistent execution of all people related activities and processes in Service Office and Market Customer Distribution Center. You will report to the People & Culture Manager, Service Office.Your main responsibilities:– Executing operational people related tasks and daily routines on unit level, e.g. on- and offboarding related tasks, to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
– Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant people goals
– Ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding of the new talents in close collaboration with the centralized recruitment and administration teams
– Executing trainings for co-workers and managers

This is a full-time, fixed-term (until 31.12.2026) position that covers two different units. The initial plan is for you to spend approximately 50% at MCDC Lommila and 50% at the Service Office, providing People & Culture support.
