Description du Poste
Le poste offert par NJCD Consulting s.r.o. concerne la gestion des performances marketing au sein d’une équipe B2B, avec un accent particulier sur un cadre dynamique et international. Le candidat sera responsable de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing sur plusieurs plateformes, telles que Google Ads, Facebook Ads, et d’autres.
Principales Missions
- Gestion de Campagnes et Projets (30%) : Implémenter des stratégies de marketing pour divers clients internationaux et gérer de manière autonome les dépenses et performances marketing.
- Communication avec les Clients (25%) : Préparer des rapports de performance sous divers formats et maintenir une relation proactive avec les clients.
- Création de Stratégies (20%) : Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des stratégies digitales personnalisées.
- Développement Personnel (15%) : Acquérir de nouvelles compétences et bénéficier de l’expérience de leaders sectoriels.
- Création de Processus Internes (10%) : Partager les meilleures pratiques et contribuer à l’élaboration de contenus internes.
Exigences du Poste
Qualifications Requises :
- Niveau d’études : Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle.
- Expérience : Minimum 1 an dans le domaine du marketing de performance sur des plateformes comme Facebook Ads ou Google Ads.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (C1 minimum), connaissance du slovaque non requise.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel.
Compétences Personnelles :
- Analyse et résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité de communication, tant écrite qu’orale.
- Créativité et proactivité dans le travail.
- Adaptabilité à un environnement en constante évolution.
Conditions de Travail
Le poste est proposé sous un contrat à durée indéterminée de 40 heures par semaine, en horaire fixe. Il n’implique pas de travail de nuit ni de saisonnalité.

- Implement your strategies for our international clients across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Outbrain, Quora Ads, etc.
- Independently manage clients’ marketing spend, performance and tactics.
- Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns in relation to client’s goals.
ABOUT 25% @ CLIENTS’ COMMS:
- Prepare reports in PowerPoint, video & other formats for clients, to help them understand where they are at & how to best move forward in their digital marketing tactics and strategy.
- Communicate, educate & manage relationships with your assigned clients.
- Regularly update reports & improve reporting of results for your clients
ABOUT 20% @ STRATEGY CREATION:
- Analyse the needs of new clients and propose an actionable digital marketing strategy, best suited to their goals and needs.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve and scale marketing strategies for existing clients.
ABOUT 15% @ YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
- You will learn and practice new skills, relevant to your field and beyond. For instance, tactics on platforms you haven’t used before. You will have plenty of shadowing opportunities with TOP leaders in the field & managing directors of our company – Niall Donohoe and Bjoern Sjut.
ABOUT 10% @ CREATING INTERNAL PROCESSES AND BEST PRACTICES:
- Share your best practices & tips with the rest of the team.
- Teach and onboard new colleagues on online platforms.
