- Be the first point pf contact for the customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in finding the right product and service
- Provide outstanding service with a smile and always going extra mile
- Showcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening, empathy and personalize every customer conversation
- Identify and address customers’ needs to improve and/or develop processes
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English
- A Bachelor degree or academic level
- Customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while being in touch with customers
- Dynamic and adaptive personality
- A real team player and a great addition to our amazing team
- Solution-oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way
- Experience in customer service roles or with Adobe InDesign is considered as an advantage
- Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
