Le projet PRE-MADONA vise à répondre à un défi majeur pour les Pays-Bas : la nécessité de rénover et dé-fossiliser 1,5 million de bâtiments et 7 millions de logements d’ici 2050. Actuellement, les approches utilisées sont jugées trop lentes et inefficaces. Ce projet révolutionnaire utilise des méthodes basées sur les données pour optimiser les flux de rénovation à grande échelle (Verbouwstromen).

En collaboration avec les ressources des entrepreneurs et une planification opérationnelle intelligente, PRE-MADONA cherche à accélérer les rénovations à travers des processus standardisés, engendrant des économies de coûts et de temps.

Responsabilités

En tant que candidat au doctorat, vous aurez la responsabilité cruciale de développer un cadre de gouvernance multi-niveaux pour la transformation numérique des processus de rénovation. Vos missions incluront :

Cartographier le contexte socio-technique et la diversité des ménages impliqués dans ces processus de rénovation.
Analyser comment les technologies numériques modifient la perception et l’interaction des parties prenantes.
Révéler les relations entre l’utilisation de ces technologies et la transformation numérique des flux de travail de rénovation.
Élaborer des structures de gouvernance qui soutiennent cette transformation de manière sociopolitique, durable et inclusive.

Vous ferez partie d’une équipe de trois doctorants et aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec des chercheurs de Saxion et Hanze Universities of Applied Science, ainsi que des experts de l’Université de Twente.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit :

Être un étudiant très motivé, titulaire d’un MSc dans des domaines tels que l’administration des affaires, la technologie de l’information, la gestion de la construction, ou des disciplines connexes.
Avoir un intérêt marqué pour la transformation numérique et les structures de gouvernance.
Être proactif, capable d’initiative et d’évaluation critique de son propre apprentissage.
Être un bon communicateur, capable de travailler en équipe.
Être à l’aise en anglais, la maîtrise du néerlandais est un plus.

Existing approaches in practice are too slow and inefficient to meet these targets. The PRE-MADONA project develops a game-changing solution that incorporates data-driven methods to optimise large-scale renovation flows (Verbouwstromen). By bringing together contractors’ resources, clusters of buildings, and smart operations planning, PRE-MADONA accelerates renovations through repeated, standardized processes to ultimately save costs, time and resources.The ChallengeAs a PhD candidate responsible for developing a multi-layered governance framework for digitally transforming renovation processes, you will design governance structures to guide the implementation and upscaling of PRE-MADONA’s envisaged digital ecosystem. As part of your project, you will address issues like data privacy and ownership, distribution of responsibilities and accountability, and technology access on organisational, project and district level, and explore how digital technologies impact stakeholders’ perception of and interaction in renovation workflows under organisational, local, and national regulatory constraints.Essential activities within your project will be to:· map the socio-technical context and diversity of households in mass-scale renovation processes and the spread of data and information across stakeholders· analyse the impact of digital technologies on the perception and interaction of stakeholders on renovation processes· reveal the interrelationship between the use of digital technologies in renovation projects and the digital transformation of renovation workflows· develop governance structures on the organisational, project and district scale that support the digital transformation of the renovation workflows in a socio-political, sustainable and inclusive wayYou will be part of a team comprising three PhD researchers who are dedicated to the PRE-MADONA project. Together, you work on a multidisciplinary project with leaders in the domain of digitalisation and energy renovation. You will learn to conduct research independently and grow scientifically through collaboration and supervision by researchers from Saxion and Hanze Universities of Applied Science, supervisors from the Construction Management and Engineering cluster at the University of Twente, and a strong network of industry partners in the Dutch construction sector.Your profile· Highly motivated student with a MSc in business administration, business information technology, technology governance, construction management, or related fields.· Experienced, or willing to become an expert in the digital transformation of construction, micro and macro-level governance structures, and the socio-materiality of renovation processes.· Proactive, showing initiative and able to propose and critically evaluate your learning process· Great teammate with good communication skills, able to work with peers and exchange knowledge in practice· Proficient in English, preferably Dutch speakingOur offer
