Description du Poste
Le rôle de l’Associate Consultant consiste à réaliser des tests de conformité dans la région APAC. Les responsabilités principales incluent :
- Planification et exécution : Réalisation de tests de conformité indépendants pour des entités financières tout en respectant les réglementations en vigueur.
- Collaboration : Travailler en coordination avec les partenaires locaux et régionaux, ainsi qu’avec les fonctions de conformité, afin d’améliorer le programme régional de tests de conformité (GCT).
- Documentation : Suivre les politiques et procédures établies, tout en documentant de manière appropriée les tests effectués.
- Analyse : Identifier les lacunes potentielles dans les contrôles existants et proposer des améliorations.
Compétences et Exigences
Pour ce poste, les candidats doivent présenter :
- Compétences en communication : Capacité à s’exprimer de manière claire, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Expérience professionnelle : Un minimum de 5 à 7 ans dans un domaine lié à la conformité ou la gestion des risques, incluant au moins 3 ans dans l’audit ou des tests de conformité.
- Connaissance du secteur : Compréhension des réglementations bancaires ainsi que d’autres thématiques telles que la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent (AML) et les sanctions.
