Les candidats recherchés doivent avoir une expérience confirmée en tant que QA/QC Inspector, avec des compétences spécifiques en procédés de tests non destructifs (NDT) comme le PT (Penetrant Testing) et l’UT (Ultrasonic Testing). Le respect des normes et règlements industriels est essentiel, en particulier dans le domaine des chaudières et des systèmes mécaniques ou électriques.
Responsabilités clés :
- Inspection : Effectuer des inspections qualité complètes sur les systèmes de chaudières et installations mécaniques ou électriques.
- Tests NDT : Utiliser des techniques de Test Non Destructif pour identifier les défauts et garantir l’intégrité des produits.
- Conformité : Interpréter et appliquer les codes et normes normes pertinents pour assurer la conformité.
- Documentation : Maintenir des dossiers détaillés d’inspection et générer des rapports complets.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec les équipes projet pour résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité.
- Formation : Fournir des conseils techniques et formation sur les meilleures pratiques QA/QC.

Qualifications requises :
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en QA/QC dans le domaine correspondant (mécanique, électrique ou chaudière).
- Certifications : Certificat BOSH (Boiler Operation Safety Handbook) et certificats NDT en PT et UT.
- Connaissance : Forte connaissance des systèmes et normes de l’industrie.
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes, analyse et prise de décision.
- Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Documentation : Compétences avérées en rédaction de rapports et documentation.
