Ce poste de Représentant du Service Client pour Pagero repose sur la fourniture d’un service client de haute qualité. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de gérer efficacement les demandes des clients à travers divers canaux, y compris le téléphone, l’e-mail et le chat. Missions Principales
Dans le cadre de ce rôle, le représentant devra :
- Répondre aux demandes des clients via téléphone, e-mail et chat.
- Traiter des requêtes concernant des produits spécifiques ou complexes, en fonction de la taille ou des revenus du client.
- Gérer des demandes telles que des changements d’adresse, des mises à jour de compte, le statut des commandes, des retours sur produit, une assistance mot de passe, ou des questions de facturation.
- Assurer que chaque contact client soit conforme aux valeurs et à l’image de marque de Thomson Reuters.
- Utiliser l’analyse en conjunction avec les politiques et procédures pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
- Identifier des pistes pour des produits et services additionnels à transmettre aux représentants des ventes appropriés.
- Apporter un soutien aux représentants de terrain pour la maintenance des comptes.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possède les qualifications suivantes :
- Un diplôme de licence.
- Des compétences excellentes en communication verbale et écrite en anglais.
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques, les systèmes CRM et les plateformes de communication.
- Capacité à rester calme et professionnel, même dans des situations difficiles.
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches ou conversations simultanément tout en maintenant la qualité.
- Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec les collègues.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer son temps efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Qualifications Supplémentaires
Des qualifications préférées incluent :
- Une expérience en support ou service clientèle.
- Une expérience avec les systèmes ERP ou de facturation.
- Une connaissance du secteur de la e-facturation ou des commandes électroniques.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, etc.
- May respond to inquiries regarding a specific or more complex product or a specific customer (based on customer size or revenue tied to customer)
- Inquiries will vary but typically include address changes, account changes/updates, order status, product feedback, password assistance, billing inquiry, etc.
- Ensure each customer contact is handled in a manner consistent with the Thomson Reuters brand and values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Uses analysis along with policies and procedures to resolve customer issues. Interpret customer contract and assess downstream impact to mitigate any recurring issues.
- Identify prospects for additional products and services; send leads to appropriate sales representatives.
- May assist field representatives in account maintenance.
About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Customer Service Representative, if you have the following required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and communication platforms (e.g., email, chat, phone systems).
- Ability to remain calm and professional, especially in challenging situations.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks or conversations at once while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment and collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- Experience of support/customer service
- Experience of working with ERP systems or Invoicing systems
- Knowledge within the e-invoicing/e-order industry
