Mission du poste
En tant que Spécialiste en Technologie de Sécurité, vous serez chargé de mettre en œuvre et de gérer les infrastructures essentielles au programme de sécurité physique de BBH. Cela comprend :
- Contrôle d’accès
- Détection d’intrusion
- Systèmes de vidéosurveillance
Le rôle consiste également à soutenir la conception des systèmes, l’exécution des projets, ainsi que l’administration des systèmes en production. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes et externes pour assurer l’intégrité et la sécurité des actifs de l’entreprise.
Tâches clés
- Conception de systèmes de sécurité physique pour les projets de construction, en collaboration avec des consultants externes.
- Gestion complète du cycle de vie des projets de sécurité physique.
- Maintenance et mise à jour des systèmes mondiaux de contrôle d’accès et de vidéosurveillance.
- Analyse des tendances des incidents de production et formation des utilisateurs.
- Veiller à la conformité avec les normes de cybersécurité et d’information.
Qualifications requises
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en support informatique, avec une bonne compréhension des réseaux et des systèmes d’exploitation.
- Expérience avec des solutions comme Software House (C-CURE 9000) et American Dynamics (Victor).
- Certification en gestion de contrôle d’accès, idéalement en C-CURE 9000.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Esprit analytique, avec des aptitudes au problème et à la résolution de conflits.

With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.The Technology Security Specialist supports the implementation and management of various infrastructures and programs that are essential components of the Physical Security Technology program including: Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV Systems. The position supports all aspects of system design, project execution, administration and support of the production systems. Specific duties will vary, but there will be a key focus on using BBH Physical Security Technology procedures as well as the security industry’s best practices to mitigate risk and protect the firm’s assets and personnel.This resource will work closely with our current team members to drive the Physical Security Technology roadmap, support remediation of cyber vulnerabilities, manage upgrades/patching of existing software and platforms, etc.The ideal candidate is an integrator of people, technology, processes, a problem solver, is knowledgeable about physical security and IT, and has a strong foundation of best practices and technologies.Key Responsibilities
- Physical security system design for capital construction and renovation processes. Collaborate with external consultants, project managers and BBH’s security integrator. Conduct construction document review (i.e. blueprints, bid specs, budgets) for new construction projects and renovation projects.
- Support and manage physical security project life cycle from design and RFP through project execution and commissioning. Ensure all budgeted projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Support the operation, deployment and maintenance of BBH’s global access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and intercom systems. Perform periodic firmware and software upgrades on Physical Security devices and servers.
- Ensures all security equipment is functioning properly – initiate preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Participate in production incident management/support and on-call rotation. Resolve production incidents within SLA’s and escalate as appropriate.
- Review and analyze production incident trends, produce tech help documents, provide training to end-users and provide input on improvements to optimize the systems.
- Ensures compliance to BBH policies and procedures on Cyber and Information Security standards. Monitors, maintains, and remediates gaps identified by these standards and escalates to manager accordingly.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Position requires three to five years of general IT support with a solid understanding of networks, databases, operating systems.
- Experience with products; Software House (C-CURE 9000 Enterprise) American Dynamics (Victor)
- Physical access control systems qualifications – Industry certification in C-CURE 9000 preferred
- Understanding of Risk Management and compliance
- Familiarity with a variety of access control solutions, CCTV systems and best practice in these areas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lead and manage as well as work independently
- Demonstrate working knowledge of and ability to administer the Physical Access Control System
- Able to work across a broad range of technologies to deliver complex solutions
- Proficient in written and oral communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills and be results-oriented and delivery-driven with minimal guidance
- Possess a positive attitude while leading working groups, negotiating when needed, and creating consensus to adhere to deliverable dates
