Description du poste : Borris Pedigree Pigs Ltd, located in Borris, Co. Carlow is seeking 2 pig farm assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about animal care and interested in working in agriculture. Key Responsibilities: Daily care and monitoring of pigs ( sows, piglets, and finishers) Feeding, bedding, and cleaning duties Assisting with farrowing and piglet care Routine health checks and administering medications. General farm maintenance and cleaning Record keeping and reporting issues to the farm manager Requirements: Experience working with pigs or livestock (preferred but not essential) Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays Good level of physical fitness and a strong work ethic Remuneration is €34,000.00 per year based on 39 hours per week.
