Description du poste : We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced female Pilates instructor to join a dynamic pilates & yoga studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The package:– Basic Salary tax free $3500 based on qualifications– 20% commission on PT classes– Accommodation allowance– Transportation allowance– Recruitment and holiday flights– 30 calendar days paid vacation– Health and medical insurance plan– Commission on all private/group sessions outside working hours (upon trainer’sapproval to work during that time)– Incentive planResponsibilities:– Full time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.– Conduct Pilates classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.– Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.– Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.– Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.– Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.– Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.Requirements:– A Pilates certification from a recognized institute in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.– At least 3 years of teaching experience.– Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology.– Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.– Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations.– Strong organizational and time-management skills.– Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.– A Barre certificate is a plus (not required)
