Build a high-performance culture that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Financial Oversight: Manage the plant’s budget, financial performance, and cost control initiatives. Monitor and improve operational efficiency to meet profitability targets.Production Management: Ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products. Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including inventory, scheduling, and production lines.Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet customer and industry specifications. Implement continuous improvement programs to drive product excellence.Staff Development & Management: Lead, develop, and motivate the plant team, ensuring a skilled workforce. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, international standards, and company policies. Foster a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety across the plant.Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and key business initiatives to the senior leadership team.
