The Junior Project Manager and PMO Analyst role is crucial for aiding new and ongoing client projects to achieve their business goals.As a Junior Project Manager and PMO Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project deliveries, accurate reporting, and effective communication. You will be part of a global team of PMO professionals who will assist you in transitioning into the role and developing your career within the PMO/PM path.The Global PMO team operates in Warsaw, Manila, Toronto, Mexico City, Riyadh and Copenhagen.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORClose collaboration with Project Managers assisting them with running the big projects.Managing the delivery of smaller projects following our delivery model and project artefactsInitiating projects/changes and educating new Project Managers and other stakeholders on Simcorp’s Delivery Model and artefactsAssisting with overall project and operational planning, tracking and reportingManage the financial tracking of projects and changes, monthly reconciliations and client invoicing processAssist with resources planning and updatesParticipate in project coordination and status calls as well as following up on agreed tasks and tracking progress on agreed actionsProvide Ad-hoc support to all client engagements through Global PMO ticket systemWHAT WE VALUEMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.
