Description du Poste
Le rôle de Visual Communication Designer est crucial pour soutenir l’efficacité de l’équipe de Business Consulting à travers la gestion de projets clés, la coordination et les activités de conception de contenu. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la création de supports visuels qui reflètent l’identité de marque d’EY tout en garantissant des interactions de qualité avec les clients.
Responsabilités Principales
- Gestion de Projet : Superviser le cycle complet des projets design, de la réception de la demande à la présentation des idées au client.
- Consultations Client : Offrir des conseils sur les mises en page conceptuelles et l’assistance technique.
- Qualité de Service : Maintenir des standards de haute qualité même sous pression.
- Vérification des Documents : Relire les matériaux créés pour assurer la cohérence de la marque et corriger les erreurs typographiques.
- Prise de Propriété : Détenir la responsabilité des projets et des processus, tout en cherchant des améliorations proactives.
- Anticipation des Besoins : Développer de bonnes relations de travail et anticiper les besoins des clients.
Compétences Requises
- Éducation : Diplôme en design graphique, commerce, ou maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent.
- Expérience Professionnelle : Un minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans une agence de publicité ou une équipe de services professionnels.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des applications Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel) et connaissance des logiciels Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) souhaitée.
- Atouts Personnels : Attention au détail, organisation, autonomie, et compétences en communication forte.
Qualifications Supplémentaires
Idéalement, les candidats devraient également posséder :
- Compétences linguistiques supplémentaires.
- Connaissance d’applications avancées (Blender, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de gestion de projet (PMO).

📝 Description du poste : Visual Communication DesignerLocation: Katowice – Remote; Wrocław – 2 days office / 3 days remoteLet us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.CSS role help enables Business Consulting team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management, coordination, and content design activities.We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the CSS Visual Communication Design team in Wrocław/Katowice. Your main responsibility as Visual Communication Designer would be to support Consulting service line through the professional creation of visual materials reflecting EY brand identity.Your key responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full cycle of design projects, starting from receiving the request, communication with client, and concept design, up to the presentation of the ideas to the client and preparation of the materials
- Hold client consultations and provide advisories in areas ranging from conceptual layout to technical assistance
- Maintain a high quality of service even under time pressure, effectively prioritize, organize, and execute tasks
- Proofread created materials to ensure high quality of documents and brand consistency, correct any spelling or typographic mistakes
- Take ownership of projects and processes
- Strive for excellence and proactively improve provided services
- Develop good working relationships and proactively anticipate client needs
Skills and attributes for success
- Any Graduate, preferably Graphic Design/B.Com or Master’s degree
- Previous experience of 3+ years in creative and content designing preferably working on drafting RFI/RFPs
- Exposure to professional services design team or advertising agencies, experience with “go to market” activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft apps (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Assertive, with strong influencing skills
- Prior experience working with Global cliental preferred
- Organized and self-disciplined
- High degree of accuracy
- Confident in dealing with senior level contacts, internally and externally
- Openness to support initiatives across organization
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Fluent English communication – both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills
- Proactiveness and flexibility
- Ability to function as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop
Ideally, you also have
- Additional language will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe cloud software like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Blender, Templafy, DeckRobot and other leading apps
- Power BI, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.
- Prior experience as PMO
- Project Management related course/certification
