Aperçu des Responsabilités
Le Planner Transport Domestique aura diverses responsabilités :
- Planification Quotidienne du Transport : Exécuter et planifier les livraisons de transport. Vérifier que tous les envois ont été correctement traités et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Communication et Optimisation des Fournisseurs : Gérer les communications avec les fournisseurs afin d’optimiser l’exécution des plans de transport. Analyser et améliorer les activités de transport pour en garantir la visibilité et la performance.
- Collaboration Inter-Fonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les représentants du service client et les équipes de planification des approvisionnements, en se concentrant sur l’augmentation de la valeur et des bénéfices.
- Soutien Opérationnel : Assurer un lien interne pour soutenir la mise en œuvre d’améliorations des opérations et des systèmes.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent répondre à plusieurs critères spécifiques :
- Niveau d’anglais avancé : Une maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau avancé est essentielle.
- Formation : Un diplôme de niveau licence ou équivalent, de préférence en gestion, affaires, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou logistique.
- Expérience : Expérience en coordination de chaîne d’approvisionnement ou en planification du transport, avec une capacité à gérer les relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Compétences analytiques : Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu’une communication efficace.
- Connaissances informatiques : Maîtrise d’Excel et d’autres outils Microsoft ; la connaissance de SAP SD & TMS est un atout.

📝 Description du poste : If you crave an experience in transportation planning that will offer you the chance to be part of an international company, this is your chance! As a Transportation Planner, for the next 12 months, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the day-to-day transportation deliveries for select European markets. You’ll get the chance to manage communications with suppliers, partner with various departments, and continuously seek out opportunities to improve current processes.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily Transportation Planning – Plan and execute the day-to-day transportation deliveries for select European markets. Review and ensure all shipments have been successfully planned and executed, taking appropriate corrective actions as required.
- Supplier Communication & Optimization – Manage communications with suppliers for optimal execution of transportation plans. Analyze and optimize transportation and execution activities. Provide ongoing visibility into transportation movements and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner effectively with customer service representatives, supply planning organization, and distribution organization with a focus on increased value and benefit realization.
- Operational Support – Liaise internally to support the implementation of operational and system improvements.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- An advanced English level.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics planning, transport planning, coupled with the ability to manage customer and supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as efficient communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools; proficiency in SAP SD & TMS systems is an asset.
