Mission principale
Le Junior Specialist Cost Planning sera chargé d’assurer la gestion efficace des coûts et des profits des projets. Ses responsabilités incluront :
- Analyse des coûts :
- Calcul des coûts internes à chaque étape du projet
- Évaluation et contrôle des coûts
- Fixation des objectifs de réduction des coûts
- Gestion des profits :
- Analyse des profits sur la durée de vie des projets
- Établissement des cibles de profit et rapport sur l’état des profits
- Calculs à la phase RFQ :
- Calcul CCIS/ECI
- Standardisation des processus de travail
Profil recherché
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Bachelor en Économie ou en Gestion des affaires
- Expérience :
- Expérience dans une fonction financière ou comptable souhaitable
- Expérience dans un rôle multifonctionnel
- Expérience dans l’industrie automobile appréciée
- Langues : Anglais courant; d’autres langues sont un atout
- Compétences :
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Capacité à établir des relations professionnelles durables
- Esprit d’initiative et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Mobilité : Disposition à voyager à l’étranger pour des périodes courtes à moyennes

- Cost study at each mile stone:
– in-house cost calculation– cost evaluation and control– cost reduction target setting– cost management for project;
- Project profit management:
-Lifetime profit analysis-Setting profit target & profit status reporting;
- Responsible for the cost calculation at RFQ(request for quotation) phase;
- CCIS/ECI calculation;
- Work standardization making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management;
- Experience in a financial or accounting function is an asset;
- Experience in a cross-functional role;
- Commercial and/or project experience in automotive industry is an asset;
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Willing to travel abroad for short to mid terms;
- Able to build sustainable and professional relationships;
- Independent, initiative taker and a real team-player;
- Very good skill of Excel.
