Thomson Reuters, reconnu pour ses solutions technologiques et d’information, recherche un Consultant en contenu fiscal – Indirect Tax. Ce rôle est au cœur des opérations du secteur Tax & Accounting, fournissant des solutions intégrées de conformité fiscale aux professionnels de la finance, des cabinets comptables et des institutions publiques.
Responsabilités clés
- Analyse et Développement : Gérer le cycle de vie d’un outil de réconciliation dédié qui intègre les données de conformité de la TVAC avec les factures électroniques.
- Recherche : Étudier les réglementations fiscales des différentes juridictions en matière de facturation électronique et d’exigences déclaratives.
- Suivi : Surveiller les évolutions juridiques et réglementaires et assurer l’actualisation des templates fiscaux.
- Support client : Répondre aux questions des clients relatives à des problématiques fiscales.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes telles que Technologie, QA et Gestion de produit.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal pour le poste de Consultant en contenu fiscal – Indirect Tax doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience : Minimum de 2-3 ans dans des domaines tels que la fiscalité, la comptabilité ou la réconciliation de données.
- Formation : Diplôme de niveau universitaire en économie, comptabilité ou droit.
- Connaissance : Une expérience dans la conformité TVAC ou des solutions de facturation électronique est souhaitable.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des formats d’échange de données structurées tels que XML, UBL et JSON est un plus.
- Aptitudes linguistiques : Connaissance de plusieurs langues est un avantage considérable.
- Méthodologie : Rigueur et sens du détail dans l’exécution des tâches.
- Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en étant intégré dans une équipe répartie géographiquement.

📝 Description du poste : Tax & Accounting Product business of Thomson Reuters is the leading provider of technology and information solutions, as well as integrated tax compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals in accounting firms, corporations, law firms and government.Working as part of Thomson Reuters’ Product business, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our reconciliation tool, from analysis and design to testing, modification, and maintenance. This tool specifically integrates VAT compliance data with e-invoicing data.You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining tax content for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax, our leading global tax compliance software solution. This involves working on sophisticated spreadsheets (tax templates) containing tax rules and calculations related to VAT / GST in various countries. Our customers use these tax templates to meet their tax compliance obligations.You will be part of a wider Global Compliance and Reporting team which is based in the UK, US, Poland, France, Spain, and India.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Tax Content Consultant – Indirect Tax , you will:
- Work on the analysis, design, testing, modification, and ongoing maintenance of a specialized reconciliation tool. Its core function is to integrate and align VAT declarations and e-invoicing data, as well as other sources of data related to indirect tax filings.
- Research tax authorities’ rules regarding e-invoicing, pre-filled returns and the reconciliation between different returns and data submitted to the tax authorities.
- Get involved in monitoring some jurisdictions by reviewing tax authority documents, tax legislation and other information sources.
- Implement changes in tax templates as well as review and test them to ensure they meet requirements/specifications and are built following best practices.
- Help resolve tax-related client queries.
- Liaise with a wide variety of teams, including Technology, QA, Implementation, Product Management and Customer Support.
About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Tax Content Consultant – Indirect Tax if you are/have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience related to fields such as taxes, accounting, e-invoicing, or reconciliation of data.
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law, or related subjects.
- Some practical knowledge of VAT Compliance, ERP and e-invoicing technological solution is a plus.
- Experience in working with structured data exchange formats such as XML, UBL, and JSON is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for e-invoicing and VAT compliance.
- Knowledge of more than one foreign language will be an advantage.
- Organized and methodical approach to work, especially attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and virtually with people in different locations.
