Responsabilités Clés
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé d’assurer la conformité avec la législation du travail polonaise, tout en étant le principal interlocuteur pour toutes les pratiques juridiques sur site. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des Processus RH : Mise en œuvre des processus RH essentiels tels que l’accueil des nouveaux employés et la gestion des retours.
- Adaptation Culturelle : Adapter et exécuter les processus RH globaux tout en respectant les contextes culturels locaux.
- Partenariat avec les Managers : Collaborer avec les responsables locaux pour améliorer la communication d’équipe et veiller au bien-être des employés.
- Recrutement : Diriger les processus de recrutement en collaboration avec un recruteur externe, tout en participant aux entretiens.
Environnement de Travail
Le candidat sera aussi responsable de la supervision des opérations de bureau, à travers la gestion de l’Office Manager, et veillera à ce que l’espace de travail véhicule une expérience positive pour les employés.
Exigences du Poste
Pour être considéré, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle de Generaliste RH ou HRBP, idéalement dans une entreprise internationale dans le secteur technologique ou financier.
- Connaissances Juridiques : Une solide connaissance du droit du travail polonais et des pratiques RH.
- Langues : Maîtrise du polonais et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).

📝 Description du poste : On behalf of Pontera, SD Solutions is looking for a talented HR Generalist.We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all HR activities at our growing site in Poland. This is a highly diverse role that includes owning global HR processes locally, adapting and implementing them to fit the Polish culture, and ensuring a great employee and manager experience. You’ll be the sole HR representative on-site — responsible for driving local HR operations, partnering with managers, supporting cross-functional alignment, and overseeing the physical work environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR team in Israel and the U.S., and play a central role in shaping both the day-to-day and long-term HR foundations at the site.SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. - Maintain compliance with Polish labor law and serve as the site’s point of reference for legal-related practices
- Lead and implement core HR processes locally (onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, feedback cycles, etc.)
- Drive the adaptation and execution of global HR processes in a way that respects and fits local culture and context
- Ensure all HR activity aligns with company-wide standards and values
- Partner with local managers to help them lead effectively
- Support managers in handling team communication, performance, growth, and well-being
- Promote shared ownership of clear, healthy, and scalable team practices
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication with employees
- Promote a strong, inclusive site culture rooted in Pontera’s global values and adapted to the Polish team
- Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee questions and feedback
- Lead local recruitment processes in collaboration with an external recruiter
- Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers (no sourcing or CV screening required)
- Ensure smooth and high-quality hiring practices
- Supervise the Office Manager (Victoria) and ensure smooth office operations
- Ensure the physical workspace supports a positive employee experience
- Be attentive to on-site issues and make sure they are addressed properly — whether directly or by coordinating with others
- Work closely with HR Operations, Welfare, and Workplace Experience teams in Israel
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the global HR team (IL/US) to ensure alignment
- Support execution of global HR initiatives locally (e.g., performance management, compensation cycles, training)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role is mandatory
- Experience working in a small-to-mid-sized global high-tech or fintech company is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR practices
- Recruitment Experience – including frontal interviews
- Fluency in Polish and a very high level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of ownership, independence, and accountability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about people, culture, and building strong foundations in a growing team
