The Production Technician works in a team environment where collaboration and teamwork are critical to meeting the goals of the business.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Our Production Technicians operate our chemical processes and perform production related activities, utilizing their chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner. The Production Technician works in a team environment where collaboration and teamwork are critical to meeting the goals of the business.Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operates their assigned processes to meet the day-to-day quality, production and productivity goals of ALAM.Effectively prioritizes their daily tasks working with the Production Supervisors.Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environmentActively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team including as an ER entry team member which requires wearing of a tight fitting full face respirator.Understand and Follow the Standard Operating Procedures/ Working Instructions.Understand the Learning Resources for the processes.Completes annual personal goals to achieve the plant goals and their own personal development goals.Assembles and disassembles production equipment.Performs basic maintenance on equipment.Ability to operate analytical equipment as part of in-process testing and final product validation.Drives a culture of « Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time » with their actions and their words on a daily basis.Successfully completes all assigned training.Work with peers on approved functions.Are you a MATCH?Required Qualifications:Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent for fresh graduates.3-7 years experience in a process operations environment as a process or production technician, handling chemicals or other hazardous material.Ability to work on rotating shifts.Demonstrated positive attitude and safety-first attitude.Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations.Ability to learn technical chemical processes quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to interact effectively with others to accomplish daily tasks and achieve the plant’s goals.Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats with stakeholders at multiple levels in the business.Ability to perform technical troubleshooting to resolve process issues.Self-starter with the ability to perform well under pressure and changing priorities.Ability to operate forklift and other mobile elevated working platforms would be advantageous.About Air Liquide산업용 가스 및 홈헬스케어 가스, 관련 기술 및 서비스 분야의 세계적인 리더인 에어리퀴드는 78개국에 약 64,500명의 직원이 근무하고 있으며 380만 명 이상의 고객과 환자에게 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 산소, 질소 및 수소는 생명, 물질 및 에너지에 필수적인 작은 분자입니다.
