Présentation du poste
En tant que **Business Human Resources Manager**, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines (RH) chez AbbVie. Votre mission consistera à établir des programmes qui renforcent l’image de l’entreprise en tant qu’employeur de choix, tout en soutenant l’ensemble de ses employés.
Responsabilités
Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :
- Relations stratégiques : Développer et maintenir des relations avec des partenaires RH clés pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.
- Évaluation des talents : Utiliser des outils d’évaluation pour réaliser des diagnostics de talents et identifier les motivators et axes d’amélioration.
- Ambassadeur RH : Promouvoir les services disponibles pour la gestion des ressources humaines et maintenir la réputation de l’organisation.
- Propositions stratégiques : Contribuer à la résolution de questions stratégiques affectant les segments de l’entreprise.
- Gestion des ressources : Gérer les ressources humaines et financières pour soutenir efficacement les projets.
- Analyse des données : Utiliser les données organisationnelles pour guider les décisions RH et identifier les tendances pertinentes.
- Programmes RH : Diagnostiquer et développer des stratégies et programmes RH influençant les besoins de l’entreprise.
- Évaluations des emplois : Mener des analyses pour définir la stratégie et s’assurer de l’efficacité des programmes RH.
Conditions de travail
Ce poste requiert :
- Sédentarité : Assis pendant de longues périodes (plus de 2 heures consécutives).
- Utilisation de l’ordinateur : Usage fréquent de l’ordinateur (50% du temps de travail).
Qualifications requises
Pour candidater, il est requis :
- Diplôme : Bachelor en Ressources Humaines ou domaine connexe; Master préféré.
- Expérience : Minimum de 8 ans en tant que généraliste RH, avec au moins 4 ans à un poste de management.
- Compétences : Bonne compréhension des lois du travail, des compétences interpersonnelles, ainsi que des connaissances en systèmes informatiques.

Follow @abbvie on , , , , and .Job DescriptionThe Business Human Resources Manager, (BHR) is responsible for leveraging best-in-class HR practices to continually construct, deliver, and support programs that establish AbbVie as an employer of choice while empowering all employees at all levels of the organization. They will serve as a strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments, and resulting HR solutions.Responsibilities
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Service Centers to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs, including relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and service delivery commitments.
- Utilize competency model and assessment tools such as 360 assessment tool and Thomas PPA talent tool to conduct manager talent assessment and deliver reports to detail potential motivators and areas of improvement to support talent development.
- Act as ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business and help manage the collective reputation of the HR organization.
- Assist or lead proposals and recommendations to resolve strategically important issues affecting a business segment.
- Manage and leverage human and financial resources within scope of delivered project services while supporting a segment of the business. Facilitate and implement change and ensure that day-to-day activities are moving forward.
- Manage delivery of HR services across a segment of the business. Ensure appropriate amount of resource planning is accounted for by the Practice and Service Centers to support the needs of the respective business segment.
- Understand and utilize historical and broad organizational data when weighing business HR decisions and actions. Utilize ability to identify trends and new approaches in HR and develop new approaches to business processes. Responsible for initiatives and changes to current business processes must have a clear linkage with other organizational efforts being proposed or already ongoing in the respective business.
- Assist in the diagnosis, development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the respective business. Utilize skills in data analysis and survey results analysis to help generate insights around talent, culture and engagement.
- May conduct or support job evaluations, job and decision rights analysis and analyzing employee data to develop workforce strategy. Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery all HR programs and services. Responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
Significant Work Activities
- Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day) is required
- Frequent to continuous computer usage (greater or equal to 50% of the workday) is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations or in a highly related field of study required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience as Human Resources generalist with proven experience managing employee relations situations. Minimum (4)four years experience in managerial position.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities preferred. Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.
- Knowledge of federal and local country labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
