Fonction Générale
Les Sales Associates jouent un rôle crucial dans le succès de Sunglass Hut. Vos missions consisteront à offrir une expérience client authentique et dynamique, tout en aidant les clients à trouver des lunettes de qualité supérieure.
Responsabilités Principales
- Livrer systématiquement les objectifs de vente par l’établissement et le maintien de relations solides avec les clients.
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en établissant des connexions, en faisant preuve d’attention aux détails et en proposant une expérience d’achat personnalisée.
- Participer activement à un environnement de travail positif en établissant des relations professionnelles solides avec vos collègues et la direction.
- Maintenir la présentation visuelle du magasin, en veillant à ce que les présentoirs et l’inventaire soient propres et bien organisés.
- Encourager une culture d’inclusion en traitant les clients et collègues avec respect.
Qualifications de Base
- Diplôme de niveau secondaire ou GED.
- Aptitude à adopter et à utiliser de nouvelles technologies avec précision.
- Capacité à se rendre responsable des résultats de vente en utilisant des compétences de vente et en visant l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (à l’oral comme à l’écrit).
- Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches tout en s’adaptant à un environnement en évolution rapide.

- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships building brand loyalty.
- Confidently provides an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
- Takes pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secures all company assets under one’s control.
- Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy
- Self-accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals..
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
