Le poste de Technology Manager représentera une occasion unique de rejoindre une équipe technique dynamique basée à Lisbonne pour une marque de mode espagnole renommée, reconnue pour son engagement envers l’innovation et la durabilité. Ce poste s’adresse à des candidats ayant entre 5 et 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets technologiques, prêts à prendre en charge des initiatives transversales dans des domaines clés tels que le reporting, le commerce électronique et les systèmes ERP.
Responsabilités Principales
Power BI et Reporting
- Vous serez chargé(e) du développement de tableaux de bord soutenant les décisions d’affaires dans les domaines des ventes, des opérations et des finances.
- Votre rôle consistera également à structurer et à faire évoluer la visibilité des données dans un environnement en pleine croissance.
E-commerce (Shopify)
- Vous superviserez la transition des opérations B2B de Joor vers Shopify.
- Coordination avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes sera essentielle pour garantir une migration fluide.
Développement & Intégration SAP
- Fonctionnant comme un interface entre les équipes métiers et le partenaire externe de mise en œuvre SAP, vous contribuerez à la création de modules relatifs à la logistique, aux achats et à la durabilité.
Profil Recherché
- Localisation basée à Lisbonne avec une éligibilité légale au travail au Portugal.
- Maîtrise des langues : fluente en portugais, espagnol et anglais (oral et écrit).
- Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets technologiques, idéalement dans le secteur de la vente au détail ou des marques de consommation.
- Compétences pratiques sur Power BI (ETL, SQL) et une bonne compréhension de Shopify et SAP (Business One ou HANA).
- Capacité à travailler avec des outils tiers, des API et des intégrations de systèmes.
- Profil autonome, curieux et proactif dans l’identification d’améliorations.
- Aptitude à communiquer clairement des questions techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques.

You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure solid technical execution and smooth integration across platforms.What You’ll Be DoingPower BI and Reporting
- Lead the development of dashboards that support business decisions across Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Help structure and evolve data visibility in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
E-commerce (Shopify)
- Oversee the transition from Joor to Shopify for B2B operations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless migration
SAP Development & Integration
- Act as the go-between for business teams and the external SAP implementation partner
- Drive development of modules related to logistics, purchasing, and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Lisbon, with legal work eligibility in Portugal
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong track record in managing technology projects, ideally in retail or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (ETL, SQL)
- Good understanding of Shopify and SAP (Business One or HANA)
- Confident working with 3rd party tools, APIs, and systems integrations (eCommerce, WMS, etc.)
- Autonomous, curious, and proactive in identifying improvements
- Able to clearly explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
